Massage a small amount of balm on desired area. (Balm may take a few of minutes to fully absorb into skin or hair… but the results are worth the wait!)

Unscented - no essential oils 
Lavender + Lemon - lavender and lemon
Lavender + Mint - peppermint, rosemary and lavender 
Mintwood - peppermint, eucalyptus and tea tree 
Juniper Wood - cedarwood and juniper berry 
Citrus* - orange, grapefruit, bergamot and lemon 
Black spice - allspice and black pepper
