Refund policy
If the product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement (we will pay the shipping cost of the replacement product). Common Providence is not responsible for lost or missing packages and such issues will need to be addressed directly with USPS.
Common Providence does not accept returns due to the fragile nature of our ingredients. If an order arrives damaged, we will issue a replacement. If you are dissatisfied with a product for any reason, please contact us within two weeks of delivery and we will issue a full refund. We will not is sue refunds outside two weeks of delivery.
